After hanging out with the Seniors at the Teller St. campus last Wednesday night we agreed that we would continue the discussion online. We agreed the discussion would be about the purpose (Mission Statement, those are my words) of the Senior "lounge." So let this be the beginning of that online conversation.
To the Seniors: please comment below (include your name) about what you think the purpose/mission of a Senior lounge should be. This will help us make sure the design, location, furniture, etc. is selected that will best match the purpose and mission of this Senior "lounge." Also, Seniors, think about what you would like to name Your Place, after all, you will be hanging out here until next May.
To all others reading and participating in this blog: Please help us with your ideas about how to make this a very special place for our Seniors. What are your ideas? Maybe think back to your Senior hangout spot. What made it unique and cool? How can your memories of a great place help us to shape this great place for our Denver Christian Schools Class of 2015?
