I wanted to give you a preview of what I am thinking for Wednesday night.  If you have specific questions about these areas please post them in the comments.  I will do my very very best to answer as many questions as I can.  Keep in mind, there are a lot of moving parts during this process and I might not have all the information yet.  I am think specifically about the athletic program.  But I will do my best, I promise.  Also remember, I will not be able to cover every aspect of this new role so I will be hitting some highlights and we can discuss more down the road.  Both online and face to face.

Keep in mind this is in DRAFT form.  I'll share the final version after Wednesday night, but this gives you a little sense of where I am leaning.
